In brief

Broad area of activity
The European and African theatres from a headquarters at Wiesbaden; for this module, the eastern flank through V Corps.
Notable history
US Army Europe and US Army Africa were consolidated on 20 November 2020 into one four-star Army service component command serving both US European Command and US Africa Command, with the former Africa command re-designated as the Southern European Task Force, Africa, under a two-star commander who also serves as the deputy commanding general for Africa. The command publishes its mission as providing ready, combat-credible land forces to deter and, if needed, defeat aggression. Its structural bearing on the flank is V Corps, whose forward command post the United States announced in June 2022 as permanently stationed in Poland.
Strengths
A single theatre army headquarters for Europe with a corps beneath it that is the only permanently stationed US headquarters on the flank — a standing commitment rather than a rotation.
Limitations
This tree carries one child; the command's other subordinate commands and every rotational brigade are outside it by rule. The command's own pages could not be fetched, and the record does not go beyond what their indexed text states.
