- 廣泛活動地區
- Not territorial; committed on the Kyiv axis in 2022 and on eastern sectors since, by public reporting. No current employment is authored.
- 重要歷史
- Formed in March 2022 from Belarusian volunteers gathering at a Warsaw recruitment point and from Belarusians already in Ukraine, named for the leader of the 1863 rising against the Russian Empire, and expanded to a regiment in May 2022 after its first fighting north of Kyiv. It chose to stand outside the Ground Forces' International Legion to preserve its autonomy and is reported under Defence Intelligence instead. Its significance is political: the only armed Belarusian formation of any size, with an openly stated aim of a free Belarus and a leadership that has publicly disagreed about how political the regiment should be — disagreements that produced the breakaway units public reporting records.
- 優勢
- Cohesion built on a shared political cause, a public profile that gives it recruitment reach among the Belarusian diaspora, and four years of continuous service.
- 限制
- Small, politically fractious and dependent on a diaspora for replacements; its subordination is reported rather than published, and its future is tied to a Belarusian question this war will not settle.

Public compilation and the regiment's own statements place it under Defence Intelligence rather than in the Ground Forces' International Legion, which it declined to join to keep its autonomy. Recorded at the strength of a reported institutional link, not a published order.
