- 重要歷史
- Established in February 1992 after the 1991 Gulf War, when Iraqi missiles struck Israeli cities, to take civil defence out of the regional commands. Its alerts and shelter instructions have governed civilian life through every round of fire this module records: rockets from Gaza in the wars since 2008 and in 2023, Hezbollah's fire from October 2023 and again from March 2026, and the Iranian missile retaliation of 2025 and 2026 that the Israeli layered missile defence engaged. Israel's evacuation of communities near the Lebanese border in October 2023, and their return as a stated war aim from September 2024, ran through its instructions.
