Les pages du ministère sur la réforme de 2018 le décrivent comme l’organe chargé de la logistique militaire et placent son chef sous le chef de l’état-major général. C’est l’organe polonais le plus proche, par sa fonction, du rôle de soutien par le pays hôte que ce module traite comme infrastructure de renforcement, et il ne porte aucun lien de localisation.

- Historique notable
- The ministry’s undated English page for the General Command lists the Inspectorate for Armed Forces Support among that command’s subordinate bodies, which was the 2014 arrangement. The ministry’s 2018 reform pages record that from 23 December 2018 the chief of the inspectorate answered instead to the Chief of the General Staff, alongside the General and Operational Commanders, and name improving military logistics as one of the reform’s stated purposes.
- Points forts
- Position in the chain: after 2018 the logistics body reports to the same officer as the two commands, which is the arrangement the ministry says it wanted for single responsibility. For this module its importance is host-nation support — Poland is the corridor for every land reinforcement of the Baltic states, and the inspectorate is the national logistics organisation on that corridor.

- No Polish page read publishes its internal structure, its regional bases or its formation date, and its own portal page was unreadable to this pass.
