Provenance de l’identité

Pavillon d’armée : St Andrew's ensign — naval ensign of the Russian Federation — porté par Navy, non attribué à cette fiche.

The Baltic Sea from the Kaliningrad exclave and the Gulf of Finland; a sea whose every other coastline has been allied since 2024. Nothing about ship positions is authored.
Historique notable
A fleet whose strategic position changed without a ship moving: Finnish and Swedish accession closed the Baltic's last non-allied coasts, and the 2024 command reform that re-created the Leningrad Military District also ended the joint strategic commands' hold on the fleets and passed operational control to the Navy's main command, so the fleet answers to the Navy rather than to the district it shares a coast with. Its naval infantry brigade at Baltiysk has fought in Ukraine since 2022 and was announced on 22 December 2025 as expanded into a division. The Estonian assessment for 2026 records a regiment of unmanned naval strike vehicles formed in the fleet — part of a Navy-wide pattern — and expects a UAV regiment to follow.
Points forts
Position inside the alliance's sea, a naval-infantry formation being enlarged, and a place in the Navy-wide build-up of unmanned strike units.
Limites
An exclave fleet whose basing is enclosed by allied territory and whose ground and marine formations have been consumed by the land war; whether the announced division is manned is not published. Nothing about ship numbers, availability or positions is authored.
