La seconde brigade de manœuvre de la Lituanie, dont le siège est à Klaipėda. Son statut du 31 août 2026 en fait une formation subordonnée au commandant de la First Division et abroge l’arrêté de 2015, sous lequel la brigade portait le titre de brigade d’infanterie motorisée ; le titre honorifique est la désignation actuelle.

- Seated at Klaipėda, the state’s port and the western end of the Kaliningrad frontier.
- Historique notable
- Established under a 2015 order as a motorised infantry brigade, the formation carries the name of Grand Hetman Jonas Karolis Chodkevičius and the regional title “Žemaitija”. The Seimas named it in June 2025 as one of the First Division’s three permanent brigades, and its statute of 31 August 2026 repealed the 2015 order and made it a formation subordinate to the First Division commander — the second of the division’s brigades to receive its divisional statute in 2026.

- A statute that names its parent, a seat on the coast at the port through which sea reinforcement of Lithuania would arrive, and a place on the western side of the Kaliningrad frontier that the Rukla brigade does not cover.
