- The command appears on the ministry’s structure page among the major commands without a date, and its own page describes it as a strategic tool enhancing the security and defence of the Czech Republic, operating at the tactical level beside the land, air and territorial commands and reporting to the joint operations command that plans and provides operational command and control of forces within and outside the country. Its two published groups divide the work between information warfare and cyber warfare.
- Points forts
- A dedicated command that combines cyber and information operations in one body, with a published place in the chain of command — beneath the operational command rather than beside it — which is rarer than the existence of the command itself. For a module concerned with hybrid pressure on the flank, a named national organisation for information warfare is a structural fact worth carrying.
