The three interfaces, and the records that carry them

Au 2026-09-28

The air-defence interface is the best documented. Russian strikes on Ukrainian Danube ports are the mechanism behind almost every confirmed entry into Romanian airspace and every fragment found on Romanian ground, which is why the Carpathians and Danube terrain record and Romania's Tempo series are where this actor appears most; in September 2025 drones entering Polish airspace and aircraft entering Estonian airspace led to two Article 4 consultations and to Eastern Sentry, and the airspace chain carries that event. The supply interface — the overland gateway through Poland — is a Ukraine–Russia module system and is linked from there, not restated here; what this module holds is the Polish plain it crosses and the enabling machinery it uses. The Black Sea interface is Romania's frontier sector and the Danube as boundary; the Danube as an export corridor is again the other module's record.

What the United States says allies now do for Ukraine through NATO

Au 2026-03-18

The Department's March 2026 posture testimony describes the Prioritized Ukraine Requirements List, announced on 14 July 2025 by the President and the NATO Secretary General, under which the United States provides materiel to Ukraine funded by allied contributions; the testimony states that more than twenty European nations had pledged more than 4.3 billion dollars to it and that Europe is to take the lead in supporting Ukraine's defence. Those are the Department's figures and framing, dated to the testimony, and this module carries nothing about the materiel itself. The mechanism is recorded here because it is the one alliance-level instrument through which Ukraine and the flank's framework nations are connected on the public record.

What is here is sourced; what is not here is absent because no source was read for it, not because it was judged unimportant. No relationship in this module names this actor; a partnership record is proposed rather than authored, because the NATO–Ukraine partnership's canonical home is the Ukraine–Russia module.
